The aim of the project was to develop methods and processes for qualified and secure transfer of leading-edge micro and nano-electronic technologies from the consumer domain into automotive and industrial sectors.

The TRACE project team consisted of more than 100 engineers from 41 project partners representing leading industrials and academic institutions in Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and in Sweden. It was coordinated by Bosch and was competed in 2019. Project funding was provided by national authorities and in the context of EUREKA.

Other TRACE project partners from Swedish included Volvo Cars, QRTech, Swerea IVF, and The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (KTH).
